I am fully trained and have admin access to REeBroker Group transaction software. So, I am authorized by your broker to work on and organize your transaction file and am confident that your file will be accepted by your broker on first review.

My Services include:

1. Manage Transaction Documents
  • Collect and organize all transaction disclosures.
  • Maintain all disclosures in company system per office guidelines and checklist.
2. When representing the seller
  • Prepare disclosure package including all of the required C.A.R. and broker forms and deliver via email/fax or directly to you and/or your seller for completion.
  • Order the zone disclosure and home warranty (per RPA).
  • Provide completed seller disclosure package to buyer's agent and monitor timely return.
  • Send copies of termite report and clearance to buyer's agent and escrow.
3. When representing the buyer
  • Collect seller's disclosures within contract timeframes.
  • Deliver seller's disclosure package directly to you or your buyer for signatures via email/fax or DocuSign.
  • Ensure your buyer is provided a copy of the home warranty and termite inspection/clearance.
  • Provide you with contingency removal and verification of property condition forms (or send directly to your buyer for signatures via email/fax or DocuSign).
4. Communicate with Escrow
  • Request copies of escrow & commission instruction for your file.
  • Verify that escrow is in receipt of invoices such as termite, zone disclosure and home warranty.
  • Forward signed commission and disbursement instructions to escrow (when signed and returned by your broker).
5. Communicate with Cooperating Broker
  • Supply co-broker with transaction contact information.
  • Communicate with other agent to obtain required paperwork within contract timeframes.
  • Forward all pertinent documents and reports to other agent, monitoring timely return of transaction documents.
6. Agent's Responsibilities
  • Prepare and get signatures on contract to include all addendum/counters and deliver to me via email/fax.
  • Open Escrow (listing side) and supply escrow officer with opening information (commission splits, clients contact etc.
  • Schedule appointments (e.g. termite, home inspection, repair work, final walk-through).
  • Review escrow/commission instructions and prelim.
  • Communicate with Escrow & Lenders.
  • Provide Final Walk through (VP).
