As our agent, you will receive step-by-step guidelines on how to handle different kinds of real estate transactions. These guidelines include very detailed instructions about disclosures and forms that the agent must use, and how to organize all real estate transaction processes. These instructions are so helpful that even new agents will easily be able to do their first transactions by themselves.
We will check your transaction file to ensure that all required forms and disclosures are correctly filled out, signed and dated. We may ask you to finish the transaction if something is missing from your file.
We may review all of your transaction files up to two times at no charge. However, if any files are being submitted for review more than two times, a penalty will be imposed of $100 for the third and each subsequent transaction file review.
