When an agent becomes a member of the California Association of REALTORS^®, you will receive access to C.A.R legal forms (WinForms, PRDS and others) as one of C.A.R membership benefit. If you do not have this membership, you may purchase C.A.R.’s standard real estate forms from your Local Association of REALTORS^®, online at the REBS Online Store located at http://store.car.org/, or by contacting REBS Customer Service at (213) 739-8227.

REeBroker policy requires the use of legal C.A.R. forms in all real estate transactions but different kinds of forms in specific transactions (short sale, new construction, REO and etc.) may also be acceptable.
