Broker Assistance

The REeBroker Group has a team of specialists ready to assist our agents in any situation. Broker assistance and support is provided through our website, via e-mail [email protected] and by phone (760) 722-3222. Please be sure to check out the Document Library and our FAQ page which answers the most common type questions!

Our office is located at 2035 Corte Del Nogal Suite 125 Carlsbad, CA 92011. Everyone is invited to visit and meet our team. The REeBroker Group office hours are from 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday. We do encourage notifying our team before your visit in case someone is out that day!

If you email for assistance, your emails will be answered usually within the same business day.

If you leave a voice message, a REeBroker Group team member will call you back as soon as possible.

A REeBroker Group agent may use the "broker hotline" if they need immediate assistance from our team after regular business hours and weekends. The "hotline" will direct to a cell phone so you will be able to get a direct response. Please only use the "hotline" phone number when you truly need immediate assistance and our office is closed. Please respect our privacy and home life. The hotline will not be answered during regular business hours.
